Coffee is Better with a Friend.

It's true, coffee is always better with a friend, and at this moment, I would have to say "Coffee is better with a friend -in Prague." Sometimes that will read, "in Calgary, in Brossard, in Whitby, in Berwick, in Halifax, at home"... but this week, it's in Prague.

I am thoroughly enjoying this city, how beautiful. I can't believe people get to live here all the time :) And it's like a Christmas fairytale. It is unbelievable how beautiful it is! You can see pictures on my Instagram/Lostbumblebee with the hashtag #lostbumblebeeontheloose

Merry Christmoose.

I seriously wanted to wait until after the American Thanksgiving to post this little bit of awesomeness. But I just couldn't wait.

Besides, up here in Canada we are blanketed in white, covered in snow and enjoying the chill. I use the term "enjoying" very, very loosely.

Baby it's Cold Outside.

Baby it is COLD outside... it is -5C which is about 23F - It's not nearly as cold as it is going to get... I am all bundled up working in my office and enjoying the view outside!
The hubby mentioned the other day "Man I am going to have to find a contract somewhere warm" I couldn't agree more sweetheart! :)

If you are in the northern Hemisphere winter is upon us... and I do hope you enjoy the cold and snow, because it is coming. So today our thoughts, prayers and good vibes are going out to Buffalo, NewYork. They got almost 2metres of snow this past week- Please send all of your good vibes there :) They need all we've got! 
We *HEART* You guys! Stay strong, stay warm and check on your neighbours, especially the elderly!

Truth.

Sometimes it's best to just tell the truth. I am trying to get my stuff in order before I head off on a solo adventure. OMG- 11 Days, Prague, to hang with my Bestie and My Godson. I am super. duper. off the charts excited (!).

But the lead up to the take off is always an anxious runway for me.  (Ha- my airplane humour kills me!)

I tend to worry about: the hubby, want the house clean, need to finish 3 Family Portraits (yup 3!) and send them before I go, I am co- hosting a conference this weekend (Saturday all day, I leave Sunday- What was I thinking?!) I have to finish work for the conference- My belief is when you host something go above and beyond - so I'm adding my magic LostBumblebee touch to everything I touch, WHICH takes lots of time, energy, love and creativity :) BUT it's almost ready and I am super excited!

So on that note, I am going to leave you with this little bit of truth... it is partly true, I find myself burying my nose online trying to just breath and relax, the anxiety comes because I know my floors need sweeping, my dishwasher needs unloading, my bathroom needs cleaning, paintings need painting and my bags need packing- and here I am writing a blog post and creating- 'cause I love you guys :)

Merry Thanksgiving & Happy Christmas!

I figured that my American friends need a print that says it all this holiday season :) So along came this little ditty... "Merry Thanksgiving and Happy Christmas!"

Up here in Canada we start decorating for and getting ready for Christmas around the middle of November... once Remembrance Day celebrations are celebrated, we move into the Christmas season quite nicely.

I've been reading a few things online from some of my friends "for those of my fiends who have their christmas trees up already - there is still 10 days until Thanksgiving!!! Give it a rest".

I just assumed that thanksgiving was the perfect time to put the tree up! but what do I know- lol 

So this one is specifically for my friends south of the border- who have the job of juggling Thanksgiving and Christmas in a fine balance of holiday cheer and tinsel :)

So this Just Happened: 20 Inspirational Calendar Digital Print Files

I should probably clarify that title- this didn't JUST happen, I've been working on and compiling this calendar for the past couple of weeks :)  But it did just happen to get UPLOADED :)

2015 is all about Living Life On Purpose. Making choices that Matter. Starting now.

As you know, if you follow my blog, this year the hubby and I have started to live our lives on purpose, instead of just living whatever comes our way, we are making conscious decisions that will change our lives and those around us for the better (albeit, we are still human ;) 

In 2015 we will be going to Africa on a Mission Trip to work in an Orphanage in Uganda. We are so excited to share this journey with you- to read more about my heart and this project check out: It's Time For AFRICA!

To Do Today!

It's getting closer to the holidays, and my to do list just keep getting longer (!)  I'm sure I am not the only one!

I created this little doodle "make today ridiculously amazing" as an inspiration to myself, because sometimes the entire day gets away from me and I've done nothing but work- oy!

This is a cute little to do list on an 8.5x11  (2 per page) - easy peasy to print on your desktop printer and fold over, or cut and enjoy!
