That means one thing here in Canada.
A day off to Celebrate and celebrate and celebrate!

Yesterday was a holiday here in Québec and I was off gallivanting with the hubster on a road trip. What a great weekend. NOW I need to take my own advice, the timing is never right- so just do it today.

Rainy Tuesday Reminder from Dr. Joel Fuhrman

According to Dr. Joel Fuhrman the salad IS the main dish. If you are unfamiliar with his work, check him out. He is a specialist in micronutrients. His work and results are pretty amazing.
