This week I learned that sitting for more than three hours a day basically kills you. I've been sitting for the past year probably 8 hours a day, so basically I'm dead already :) BUT do you know what
does offset this death trap? It's something really simple. It's getting up every hour and stretching, dancing, moving for 5-10 minutes. Going to the gym doesn't even have the same effect as getting up, every hour, during your day.
So... I've been taking dance breaks (every hour- and I'm kinda religious about it, I actually set my timer). I was dancing about today to Taylor Swift's Shake it off and this cutie came to me...
So for all of you Bakers out there, some by passion, some by trade, some by name (ahem, me) this one is for you!
Bakers gonna bake!
Share the love,
M.
