A whale of a time.

Well haven't I just had a whale of a time this summer, home to Canada for a whirlwind few weeks. I got to spend some much needed time with my Momma. She is by far one of my favourite people in the entire world and her little pearls of wisdom always keep me sane... as for the rest of our friends and family it was crazy, not enough time, not enough conversations, and not enough anything. It just wasn't enough.

We try to fill an entire year of conversations, sharing meals, telling stories, and just being together into 10 days. Well it is impossible, it causes me stress and anxiety, I feel like I disappoint people. If I could clone myself 10 times, I might, (but probably not) have enough time to see everyone I want to see.

So... in light of how this summer went I just want you all to know, I whale always love you, even if I haven't seen you in the past year, I think about you, I pray for you, you are in my life, whether I see you or not...
