Sometimes it feels like the whole world is upside down and the day is just not going your way.
Choose Joy.
Sometimes the kids are being idiots and the husband is in the same boat.
Choose Joy.
Sometimes your co-worker sends you up the creek without a paddle.
Choose Joy.
Sometimes is it just plain ol' Monday

I think Choosing Joy means; above all of this crap stuff in life that happens,  you know that your source of inspiration, purpose, and value does not come from others, it comes from within.

That is how I choose joy.
