Spot On! It's Tea Time.

Gooood Morning. I try never to substitute my morning coffee with tea- ever, but I am a tea drinker. Tea in the afternoon soothes the soul of a weary artist like me.

I look forward to my tea- the moment, the smell, the warm mug, the quiet... tea for some reason seems more sophisticated than coffee- even though I drink it out of a giant mug and forgo the dainty cup and saucer... there is something magical about tea that truly soothes me.

So for all of you tea drinkers, who think tea time is anytime, this one is for you!

Je T'aime... beaucoup.

This year the hubby and I have so many things on our list to do, it is kind of crazy. If all goes well, we will be on 3 different continents and (ok, I'm counting North America as one, even though I live here) if all goes as planned, more than 6 countries. I am quite excited as to what 2014 is bringing our way... but for now... I've got Paris on the brain...

Anyone one else slightly obsessed with the romance of Paris? The idea of Paris? I've never been, and I have a sneaking suspicion it may not live up to the expectations I have for it, but I do dream... If it's anything like the Paris from the movie French Kiss- I can't wait!

Here's to Paris, here's to love and here's to 2014 being magical!

Coffee. That's what's up.

Good Friday Morning! I am sitting here enjoying my cup of coffee- I am currently a french press girl.  I solely brew Kicking Horse Coffee*. I love the smooth deep flavour- if you haven't tried it, you should. My blend is the 454 Horsepower.

But this french press poses a problem, as the hubby doesn't know how to make it, nor does he want to learn. So no more waking up to the smell of freshly ground and brewed coffee... He flat out refuses to learn. He had just got the hang of the machine, and I then tried the french press. Seriously, I was hooked. I guess its my nobody's fault, really.

So how do you brew your coffee? I am looking for new ideas - share in the comments below!

Like a Boss... Oh no you didn't. Oh yes I did.

So my day started out on a great note : *ahem. Not.
My entire pot of french press coffee- Kicking Horse Coffee -454 Horsepower to be exact- landed oh so delicately all over my living room floor.

What did I do? I cleaned'er up, I made a new pot, and I am seizing the day like a BOSS. Nothing is going to stop this little bee from creating and making beautiful things.

So I whipped up this little ditty for you. Cause it's how I'm rocking my Wednesday!

What a Wonderful World.

Today is my 100th post. That makes me uber happy. I wanted to share this with you guys, because even though sometimes it's hard to remember, we live in a wonderful world. With all of the news and the negative, we often forget that. But remember to love your neighbour, be kind, take time to stop and reflect about the wonderful world we live in. Thank you for being amazing. Thank you for inspiring me to create, and thank you for being you. I hope you like this print. I made it with you in mind.
